About the project

The client needed to furnish a new building that would consolidate their finance personnel for the Americas into a single facility.  The space needed to accommodate a dense seat count, provide adequate meeting spaces, and be easy to make future changes. We advised them on the benefits of TechCrete raised floor & Haworth’s Compose in a benching application. The TechCrete floor allows electrical and structured cabling to run under the floor, which allows for future changes to the furniture and space in a cost-effective and less disruptive manner than traditional construction methods.  The Compose solution provided adequate storage and organizational work tools in a small footprint, which helped hit the client’s targeted seat counts.
